   • This Privacy Policy sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of your personal data, other information related to you, the scope, purposes, sources, recipients and other important aspects of the personal data processed when you use the Administrator’s services.      • direct marketing;
     • sale of goods in the online shop.

     • in order to improve the operation and functionality of the Administrator’s websites, to better understand the needs of users, to improve services etc.;
     • also, if you have voluntarily provided your personal data to the Administrator for a specific reason, the Administrator may use the personal data for the purpose for which it was provided, for example if you contact the Administrator by e-mail saves the data provided by you in order to provide an answer to your question, solve the problem and answer with the specified e-mail address or other specified contact details.

   • Your data is collected from the following sources: Your own, payment service providers (who make your payments to the Administrator).
   • Recipients of your data: Data is not shared with other recipients.

6. Your rights
   • I am informed and aware of the following rights of mine:
     • for the execution of the data subject’s rights I may contact the Administrator with the above contact details;
     • I have the right to apply to the supervisory authority for the processing of my data;
     • I have the right to object to the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes without giving reasons for disagreement;
     • I have the right to request the termination of the processing of my data (deletion of data) when the data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were obtained. You must give written notice of disagreement with the processing of personal data to the Administrator in person, by post or by electronic means. If your disagreement is legally justified, the Administrator shall immediately terminate the processing of personal data free of charge, except for the cases specified in legal acts;
     • if I believe that the data I process is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, I have the right to contact the Administrator in writing. The employees of the administrator or his / her designated processor must check the personal data and immediately correct incorrect and incomplete, inaccurate personal data and / or suspend their processing. The Administrator shall immediately notify you of the rectification, destruction or suspension of personal data performed or not performed at your request;
     • I have the right to receive my personal data from the Administrator free of charge in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts in force in Lithuania. Upon receipt of your written request, the Administrator shall provide the requested data in writing or indicate the reasons for refusing to comply with such request within the term established by legal acts;
     • I have the right, upon presentation of an identity document (this requirement does not apply when the submitted application is signed with a secure electronic signature or when the reply is sent to you by registered mail), to access my personal data processed by the Administrator and to receive information from which sources for which purpose they are processed and to whom they are or may be provided.
